Ashley Timms
Aftermarket Sales, Municipal & Aquatics
Ashley Timms earned a BS in Biology from the University of South Carolina. She joined the Aquionics team in 2018 and currently serves as the Aftermarket Manager for our Municipal and Aquatic segments. On a day to day basis, she assists customers with their spare parts purchasing needs and setting up service for UV systems.

Dawn Snyder
Technical Support Engineer
Dawn has been with Aquionics since 2019. She is responsible for inside Technical support. She has over 20 years of electrical experience and a strong customer background. She supports Aquatic, Municipal, and Industrial applications.

Bree Trembly
Applications Engineer
Bree Trembly has been with Aquionics since 2005 and has held various positions including inside and outside sales prior to becoming an applications engineer. She has a Chemical Engineering BS degree from Ohio University and is a registered professional engineer (P.E.). In her Applications Engineer role she supports all sectors of the company including municipal, industrial and aquatics markets.

Brian Grochowski
Regional Manager, Industrial
Brian Grochowski has a BS in Biochemistry from Clemson University and MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina. He has over 20 years of experience with an emphasis on food and water microbiology in the food and beverage industry working for industry leaders such as Veolia and 3M.

Norman Ammerer
Eastern Regional Manager, Municipal
Norm earned a BS in Geology & Geophysics and an MBA in International Business from the University of Connecticut. After working for ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia, Norm became a global water specialist who now brings over 30 years of UV technology and sales expertise acquired at Aquafine, Ozonia, Hydroxyl Systems, ETS UV Systems, Atlantium, and others. He is one of the original founding members of the International Ultraviolet Association in 1999. In his current role, Norm is supporting municipal rep UV disinfection activities for drinking water, wastewater, and water reuse applications in the eastern region of North America.

Gary Jeral
Western Regional Manager, Municipal
Gary brings over 40 years of sales experience in a variety of markets. He joins Aquionics from Red Valve Co. where he held the position of Regional Sales Manager, providing expertise in potable water tank systems as well as aeration and mixing systems to customers in municipal and industrial markets in the eastern region of the US. Prior to that, Gary was the Municipal and Industrial Sales Manager for BlueInGreen, which provides Gas Dissolution Technologies for water and wastewater applications in municipal and industrial markets. Gary’s extensive sales history in industrial and municipal markets also includes time with Enaqua, VeloDyne, Inc., and Siemens Water Technologies.

Charis Chambers
Staff Accountant
Charis learned bookkeeping at the age of 16 working in her father’s real estate office. In addition to earning her accounting degree in 2011, she has a strong customer service background with over 20 years supervisory experience. Charis loves being able to use the skills she has acquired over the years in her daily job functions.

Corey Phillips
Warehouse Manager
Corey Phillips recently celebrated his one-year anniversary as Warehouse Coordinator with Aquionics. He manages the daily operations of the warehouse and is the point of contact for shipping and receiving inquiries.

Dan Shaver
Business Development Manager
Dan Shaver is remotely based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and is the Business Development Manager for the Halma Group of UV Companies in the Americas. In this role, he is currently responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with our top Food & Beverage customers in the Americas region. He has been in the water industry for the past 12 years with a focus on industrial sales channel development for UV disinfection equipment and water quality instrumentation products. Over the course of his career, he has also spent time evaluating new products and markets within the UV industry and aligning these to the overall strategy of the UV Group. Dan graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a primary focus on Sales & Marketing.

Gustavo Basurto
Regional Manager, Latin America
Gustavo Basurto is based in Mexico City and educated at the Metropolitan Autonomous University. He has previously worked with companies such as BIOTRACE and Accura Monterrey SA de CV, traveling throughout Latin America. Gustavo now is a contractor for Aquionics developing sales channels throughout Latin America for the Industrial, Municipal and Aquatic markets.

Jarvis Santiago
Project Manager
Jarvis Santiago is the Project Manager who works with customers to provide all the necessary support to each project. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He fosters an environment of teamwork and ensure that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Aquionics’ process-driven management philosophy. At Aquionics, Project Manager Jarvis is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating contracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team and customers to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget.

John Psaroudis
Regional Manager, Aquatics
Dr. John C. Psaroudis has a BS degree in Chemistry from West Liberty University and a Doctorate from West Virginia University. He has been in the swimming pool UV business for 15 years. Dr. Psaroudis has been published in the IUVA magazine. He is also the reigning 2018 Pine Island Country Club match play Champion and 2018 Senior Club Champion runner up. And he is a “great” guy…just sayin.

Pam Poindexter
Office Manager
Pam Poindexter joined Aquionics in 2017 as the Aftermarket Manager for Municipal customers and now serves as Office Manager. Leveraging her many years of experience in Customer Service, Inventory Management and Bookkeeping, she maintains the logistics between factory, warehouse, sales team and customers to ensure smooth transitioning of orders between Aquionics and the end user.

Sandy Smith has been a member of the Aquionics team since 2007. Sandy is our Industrial Aftermarket Manager and possesses 20+ years of Customer Service experience and is well versed in our Municipal, Industrial and Aquatic business sectors. She enjoys assisting customers with their spare parts and service requirements to ensure that their UV systems are being maintained for optimum performance.

Sherrie Wasterlain
Service Manager
Sherrie Wasterlain has worked in the water treatment industry for 16 years. She presently serves as Service Manager for North and South America for the aquatic, industrial and municipal markets. Sherrie’s strong ethics and technical ability are essential to the excellent customer support she and her department provide.

Nick Storm
Digital Marketing Specialist
Nick joined Aquionics in December of 2020, bringing over 5 years of Digital Marketing Experience with him. Nick works with both the Americas and EMEA team on executing Digital Advertising and Email Marketing Campaigns. Prior to joining Aquionics, he worked in sports and higher education digital marketing with UC Irvine Athletics, the Seattle Seahawks, and Clemson University.

Tony Gugliuzza
Field Service Engineer
Tony Gugliuzza has over 30 years of problem resolution through analysis, troubleshooting, repair and testing. Previously Tony worked for Vertiv, a supplier of DC power equipment. Tony now is a Senior Feld Service Engineer with Aquionics, helping customers optimize UV equipment, commissioning and troubleshooting. Tony served in the US Army as an Electronic Technician and holds a private pilot license.
